Back in those days when alone in the dark
Tormented by the thought, I won’t make it to the light
Overwhelmed by the weight of my flaws and my sins
I thought no one could see me through

Everything that I gained was finally in vain
Because all that I had did not provide the real joy
Yes I had everything but in fact I had nothing
Nothing at all

That was then Jesus came to me
In the perfect way
Yes He set me free
And He changed the day
